Your order number is your book's ID
Your Etsy order number is this copy's batch identifier: one order number = one printed copy. We keep the order record that links your number to the print facility that made your book and the date it was produced.
Give us that number and we will tell you, for your copy:
Where it was printed
The print facility — city and country.
When it was printed
The month and year of production.
That's the production information only — we never ask for your child's name or any personalization details from the book.
Look up your copy
Your request is ready
Send it to us and we'll reply with your copy's print facility (city and country) and the month and year it was printed.
Prefer to write your own email? Send your order number and the book's title to twindredtales@gmail.com.
Where to find your order number
- Etsy confirmation email — the order number is in the email Etsy sent when you ordered.
- Your Etsy receipt — sign in to Etsy, open Purchases and reviews, and select the book; the order number appears on the receipt.
- The packing slip — if one came in the parcel, it shows the order number too.
Don't have the order number?
If the book was a gift, or you bought it second-hand, email us at twindredtales@gmail.com with the book's title and roughly when and where it was bought, and we will help trace it.
No internet? No problem.
